Welcome to PolyFire ("the Extension," "we," "our," or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using the PolyFire browser extension for Chrome or Microsoft Edge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Features

PolyFire is a browser extension for Chrome and Microsoft Edge that provides advanced trading tools for Polymarket.com, including:

  • Real-time interactive charts with technical indicators (RSI, Pivot Points)
  • Mispricing detection overlays
  • Trader following and activity tracking
  • Sound notifications and alerts for trading signals
  • Profile analytics including win rate calculations and activity heatmaps
  • Trading UI enhancements (quick percentage buttons)
  • Live cryptocurrency price tracking

2.2 Pricing and Payments

PolyFire is available as a one-time purchase:

  • Price: $15 USD (lifetime access)
  • Free Trial: 7-day free trial period
  • Payment: Processed securely through Stripe
  • Authentication: Google Sign-In required for license verification

Payment terms:

  • Payment is a one-time charge for lifetime access to the Extension
  • No recurring charges or subscriptions
  • The free trial provides full access to all features for 7 days
  • After the trial expires, purchase is required to continue using the Extension
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support for assistance

3. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use PolyFire
  • You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in prediction markets
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Polymarket complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • PolyFire is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with Polymarket

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Extension only for personal trading analysis and decision-making
  • Not share, resell, or distribute your license to others
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Not use the Extension for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to circumvent license verification or payment requirements
  • Not use the Extension to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activity
  • Comply with Polymarket's terms of service while using the Extension

5. Intellectual Property

  • PolyFire and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by us
  • The Extension is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
  • Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Extension

6.1 No Financial Advice

PolyFire is a trading tool only. We do NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All trading decisions are your own responsibility. Past performance of any trader or market is not indicative of future results.

6.2 No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy of charts, analytics, win rates, or any displayed data
  • Timeliness or reliability of price feeds or trading signals
  • Profitability or success of any trading strategy
  • Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Extension
  • Compatibility with future versions of Chrome, Edge, or Polymarket

6.3 Third-Party Relationship

PolyFire is an independent third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Polymarket. Polymarket may change their platform at any time, which could affect Extension functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Extension is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages
  • We are not responsible for errors in data, delayed notifications, or system failures
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension ($15 USD)
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PolyFire, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Extension, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, update, or discontinue any features of the Extension
  • Change pricing for new purchases (existing licenses remain valid)
  • Update these Terms of Service with reasonable notice
  • Suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension:

  • For violations of these Terms of Service
  • For fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • For attempting to circumvent payment or license verification
  • At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your license to use the Extension is revoked immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Extension shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
